- Non-annual rates include: Water, sewer, phone & basic cable TV. Monthly residents will be billed separately for electricity with a $50 utility deposit required at check-in. All residents will be billed separately for long distance calls. A $3.00 daily resort fee is charged on stays of less than 30 days.
- Annual rates include: Water, sewer & basic cable TV. Annual residents will be billed separately for electricity and phones.
- Rates are based on two persons per space. If additional persons occupy the unit, guest fees are $5 per person (per day), $25 per person (weekly), or $50 per person (monthly). Mail box key deposit is $5 (refundable). Rent charges begin on reservation start date rather than on arrival date.
- Deposit required with advance reservations. Deposit requirements: for stays of one week or longer, a deposit of $100 is required. For stays of one month of more, a deposit of one month is required. Stays for less than one week require a one-night deposit. The balance is due on or before your reservation start date. Note: Reservations are essential during January, February, and March.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed with 48-hour cancellation notice for daily and weekly reservations. A cancellation notification of less than 48-hours will result in a $25 administration processing fee. For reservations of one month or more, full refund of your reservation deposit will be given for cancellations made sixty (60) days in advance of original arrival date or by September 1, 2008, whichever comes first. Cancellation notification is defined as notifying the resort of intent to cancel by a phone call or written communication. For cancellations received less that sixty (60) days from arrival date, the deposit amount will be held on account for future stay. The only exception is a death or a documented major family medical emergency, which will entitle the guest to a full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made prior to check-in.
